The scope of work will include, but not be limited to: Reviewing the Project Financial Statements, including the statement of sources and uses of funds. Verifying that project funds have been utilized in accordance with the Grant Agreement. Assessing compliance with applicable procurement rules and procedures. Reviewing the Special Account and Statements of Expenditure (SOE). Verifying that adequate accounting records and supporting documentation are maintained. Assessing the adequacy of internal control systems. The assignment will cover the financial period July 1, 2025 – January 2027. In accordance with the timelines specified in the ToRs, the selected firm will conduct annual review engagements and submit the review report on financial statements and a Management Letter highlighting internal control weaknesses and recommendations. .
