የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የኖህ መርከብ የገበያ ማዕከል ቤዝመንት ተሸከርካሪ ማቆሚያ ያለውን የውሃ ስርገት ችግር በዘላቂነት ለመፍታት የሚያስችል የጥገና እና የውሃ መከላከያ (Waterproofing) ስራ ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ካላቸው ተጫራቾች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሊያሟሏቸው የሚገቡ መስፈርቶች፡- በዘርፉ የዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ፤ ደረጃቸው 5 (GC/WC) እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ የጠቅላላ ስራ ተቋራጭ ወይም ውሃ ስራ ተቋራጭ፤ ተመሳሳይ የቤዝመንት የውሃ መከላከያ (Waterproofing) ወይም የውሃ ፍሳሽና ስርገት ጥገና ስራ ቢያንስ አንድ ስራ ሰርተው ያጠናቀቁ እና የሥራ አፈጻጸም ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤ የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉ እና ለጨረታ የሚሳተፉ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ (Tax Clearance) ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፤ የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 500.00 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ከአክሲዮን ማህበሩ ቢሮ ዘውትር በስራ ሰዓት 2፡30 – 6፡30 እና 7፡00 – 11፡00 ሰዓት በመገኘት መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ የጨረታ አቀራረብ እና መመሪያ፡- ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ በመያዝ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ 4ኛ ወለል ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ለዚሁ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 ጨረታው ባበቃበት ማግስት የሥራ ቀን ጧት 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ አድራሻ አዲስ ከተማ ክፍለ ከተማ ፣ መሳለሚያ አካባቢ እሳት አደጋ በስተጀርባ ወረዳ 4 ወጣቶች ስብዕና መገንቢያ ማዕከል ህንፃ ፊት ለፊት ካለው የኖህ መርከብ የገበያ ማዕከል አክሲዮን ማህበር አራተኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 ነው፡፡ ለበለጠ መረጃ የሚከተለውን ስልክ ይጠቀሙ፡፡ È+251-935-059999
