የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ (ቁጥር FA- 07/2025/26)   የዕቃዎቹ ዓይነትና ዝርዝር በጨረታው ሰነድ ላይ የሚገኝ በመሆኑ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት እስከ መጋቢት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት ወይም የግብር መለያ ካርድ ያላችሁ ተጫራቾች ቦሌ መንገድ የኦሮሚያ ህብረት ሥራ ባንክ ኢጆ ቅርንጫፍ ወይም በአቅራቢያዎ በሚገኝ የባንኩ ቅርንጫፍ በመሄድ ላገለገሉ ዕቃዎች ጨረታ ሰነድ መግዣ ብር 300.00 (ሦስት መቶ) በሂሳብ ቁጥር ETB1446500010001 በማስገባት ደረሰኙን  በመያዝ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ቦሌ መንገድ ከአፍሪካ ኢንሹራንስ ፊትለፊት፣ ራንግ ህንጻ 7ኛ ፎቅ ከባንኩ ንብረት አስተዳደር ዋና ክፍል መውሰድ ይችላሉ። የዕቃዎቹን ዓይነትና ዝርዝር ሁኔታ በአካል ማየት ለሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የከፈሉበትን ስሊፕ እና የጨረታ ሰነዱን በመያዝ ሱሉልታ አካባቢ ሁለት ቦታ በሚገኙት የባንኩ መጋዘኖች  ሹፉኔ ቻይና ጋራጅ 100 ሜትር ገባ ብሎ አነን ሰላሌ የወተት ማቀነባበሪያ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ እና ሱሉልታ አዲስ የተሰራዉ ክ/ከተማ ከዋና መንገዱ ወደ ቀኝ 200 ሜትር ገባ ብሎ በሚገኘው ፒልከን ተብሎ በሚታወቀው የባንኩ ግምጃ ቤት ውስጥ በመገኘት ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የጨረታ ሰነዱን የገዙ ተጫራቾች ብቻ በተቀመጠው ፕሮግራም መሠረት የካቲት 30 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ፣  መጋቢት 2 እና መጋቢት 4 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጧቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 10፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ እንዲሁም መጋቢት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጧት 3፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 6፡00 ሰዓት መጎብኘት ይችላሉ። ገዢዎች የሚገዙበትን ዋጋ በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ እስከ ጨረታ መዝጊያ መጋቢት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ቦሌ መንገድ ራንግ ህንጻ ንብረት አስተዳደር ዋና ክፍል በአካል ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸውን በመላክ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን ውስጥ በማስገባት መጫረት ይችላሉ። ባንኩ የሚከተለው የማወዳደሪያ ዘዴ በሰነዱ ሰንጠረዥ ላይ ንብረቶቹ እንደተዘረዘሩት ዓይነት በተናጠል መስመር በመስመር ሲሆን ባንኩ የተሻለ ሆኖ ካገኘም በጥቅል ወይም በጅምላ ያወዳድራል። ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ንብረት የጠቅላላ መነሻ ዋጋ 10% (አስር በመቶ)ዉን  በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፤ በተጨማሪም የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ ለሌላቸው የሚገዙበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል። ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) 15% በተጨማሪነት መኖር አለመኖሩን በግልፅ በሰነዱ ላይ በፅሁፍ መግለፅ ይኖርባችዋል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ሳይያያዝ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለውም። አሸናፊ መሆናቸው የተገለፀላቸው ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉትን ንብረት ሙሉ ክፍያውን በአምስት ቀናት ውስጥ ከፍለው ማንሳት ይኖርባቸዋል፤ ካልሆነ ግን ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ሲፖኦ ውርስ ይደረጋል። ጨረታው ሰኞ መጋቢት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በ 8፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዛው ዕለት ሰኞ መጋቢት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ራንግ ህንጻ 7ኛ ፎቅ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ተጫራቾች በተገኙበት የጨረታ ሰነዱ የሚከፈት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን። ባንኩ የተሸለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ (አ.ማ) ስልክ ቁጥር 0115576174 ፖ.ሣ.ቁ 16936 ማህበረሰቡን ማጎልበት፣ ህይወትን መለወጥ!
