Despite their essential contribution, many childcare workers face limited opportunities to participate in policy discussions and decision-making platforms that directly affect their work and the quality of childcare services. Strengthening their awareness of their rights, especially the right to be represented and meaningfully engaged in relevant forums, is essential in ensuring improved service delivery, enhanced accountability and more inclusive policy processes. This awareness-raising initiative is implemented under the Scaling Child Care Project, with technical and knowledge contributions informed by studies conducted by Policy study institutes (PSI). The PSI study provides evidence on childcare service gaps, workforce challenges, and inclusiveness in service delivery, which directly informs the design of this capacity-building intervention. የኢትዮጵያ ጠለፋ መድን አ.ማ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር፡ኢጠመ/0005/2018 ያገለገሉ የተለያዩ እቃዎችን ለመሸጥ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ኩባንያችን የኢትዮጵያ ጠለፋ መድን አ.ማ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን ያገለገሉ እቃዎችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተ.ቁ የዕቃዎች ስም ዝርዝር ምርመራ 1 የተለያዩ የቢሮ ተሽከርካሪ ወንበሮች የዕቃዎች ብዛትና መጠን በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በዝርዝር ተጠቅሰዋል 2 የቢሮ ጠረጴዛ 3 ኪችን ካብኔት 4 የኪችን ወንበሮች 5 የመስታወት መጋረጃ 6 የተለያዩ የቀላል መኪና ጎማዎችና መለዋወጫዎች 7 UPS ባትሪዎች 8 የተለያየ ብዛት እና መጠን ያላቸው የኤጋ ቆርቆሮዎች 9 ትራንስፓረንት ቆርቆሮዎች 10 መስታወቶች 11 ጣውላዎች 12 ፕላስቲክ የበር ፍሬሞች 13 ኮንዲት 14 አንጉላር ብረት 15 አልሙኒየም ክላዲንግ 16 የመስኮት አልሙኒየም ክላዲንግ ፍሬም 17 ቶነር ካርትሬጅ 18 ልዩልዩ እቃዎች በዚሁ መሠረት በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት የሚሸጡትን እቃዎች ልደታ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 9 ጆሳንሰን አካባቢ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ህንፃ 7ኛ ፎቅ በመምጣት የሚሸጡትን እቃዎች ዝርዝር የያዘ ሰነድ ከመጋቢት 14 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ መጋቢት 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ ባሉት አስር (10) የሥራ ቀናት በስራ ሰዓት በመገኘት ማየት እና ሰነዱን መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ ሰለሆነም ፍላጎት ያላችሁ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተጠቀሱትን መስፈርቶች እና ሰነዶች በማሟላት እንድትወዳደሩ እንጋብዛለን፡- ተጫራቾች የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፤ የንግድ ምዝገባ ፈቃድ፤ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት፤ የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት እና የመሳሰሉትን ሰነዶች በማያያዝ ማቅረብ አለባችሁ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ቀናት ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ 11፡00 ሰዓት ባለዉ ጊዜ ዉስጥ ለሽያጭ የቀረቡትን እቃዎች ልደታ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 09 ጆሳንሰን አካባቢ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ህንፃ 7ኛ ፎቅ በአካል በመምጣት መመልከት ትችላላችሁ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት እቃዎች ለሚያቀርቡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10 ፕርሰንት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነድ ጋር በማያያዝ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀዉ የጨረታ ሳጥን ዉስጥ ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የጨረታዉ መገምገሚያ መስፈርት ዋጋዉ፤ የተሟላ ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና(ሲፒኦ) እንዲሁም በሰነዱ የተገለጹትን ዶክመንቶች አሟልቶ መገኘት ነዉ፡፡ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 4 የተገለጸዉን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ያላስያዘ እና የተዘረዘሩትን ሌሎች ነጥቦች ያላሟላ ተጫራች ከጨረታዉ ዉድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ክፍት ሆኖ የሚቆይ ሲሆን በ10ኛዉ ቀን ማለትም አርብ መጋቢት 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚያኑ ቀን በ8፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በኩባንያዉ መሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቹ በራሱ ዉሳኔ ጨረታዉ በሚከፈትበት ጊዜ ሳያገኝ ቢቀር የጨረታዉን መከፈት አያስተጓጉልም፡፡ በጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉን ማሸነፋቸዉ ከተነገረበት ወይም የስማቸዉ ዝርዝር በማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ ላይ ከተለጠፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር ከ2 /ሁለት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ዉስጥ የዉል ማስከበሪያ የዉል ዋጋዉን 10 በመቶ በማቅረብ ኩባንያዉ ጋር ዉል መፈራረምና ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ ሙሉ መክፈል ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ከላይ በተገለጸዉ መሰረት ዉል ካልፈረሙ ወይም ሙሉ ክ
