The proposal should outline a detailed methodology and implementation approach, supported by a realistic 18-month work plan and timeline, and include relevant experience with references, a defined team structure with roles and responsibilities, CVs of key personnel, and supporting evidence of successful delivery of similar assignments, particularly in advocacy- related work. In addition, applicants must provide a copy of their ACSO registration.
