የመፅሐፍ ህትመት ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ (OPSA/001/2018) የጨረታ መስፈርቶች        ተጫራቾች በጨረታዉ  ለመሳተፍ  የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች በግድ ማሟላት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ የተሰማሩና የ2016/2017 ዓ.ም የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸዉ፣የግብር መለያ ቁጥር ያላቸዉ፣የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ፣በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ዉስጥ የተመዘገቡ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑ መሆን አለባቸዉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የተዘጋጀዉን የጨረታ ሰነድ ቄራ አካባቢ ከሚገኘዉ የማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት (ሳንቴ ክሊንክ አጠገብ ወይንም የፌደራል ቤቶች  ኮርፖሬሽን ፊት ለፊት ከሚገኘዉ ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር-104) ይህ ማስታወቂያዉ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣ ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ ቀናት በተራ-ቁጥር -1 ላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ማስረጃዎች ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በመያዝ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ 500 ብር በመክፈል  መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ከዚህን በፊት ከማህበሩ ጋር መልካም የሥራ ግንኙነት የነበራቸዉ ወይንም ማህበሩን ላልተገባ እንግልት ፣ ኪሳራ ፣ የህትመት ጥራት ብልሽት ወይንም መጓተት ያላዳረጉ መሆን አለባቸዉ፡፡ በሌላ በኩል ተጫራቾች በወርኮሾፖቻቸዉን የሚገኙትን የማተሚያ ማሽኖች ይዞታ፣የሰዉ ሀይል አደረጃጀት እና የሥራ ልምዶቻቸዉን ለማህበሩ ሠራተኞች እና የቦርድ አባላት የማሳየት ፍቃደኛ ስለመሆናቸዉ በፅሑፍ መግለፅ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚጫረቱበትን ዋጋ ለእያንዳንዱ መፅሐፍ ከነቫቱ በመተመን ከማህበሩ ባገኙት የፋይናንስ ሰነድ ላይ ምንም ዓይነት የቅፅና የስፔስፍኬሽን ለዉጥ ሳያደርጉ ዋጋቸዉን በእስክሪብቶ በመሙላት ኦርጅናልና ኮፒ በማለት በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ መመለስ አለባቸዉ፡፡በኤንቬሎፖቹ ላይ የጨረታ ቁጥር፣የአጫራች ስምና አድራሻ፣የተጫራቹ ስምና አድራሻ፣የፕሮጄክቱ ስም …ወ.ዘ.ተ በትክክል መፃፍ አለባቸዉ፡፡የሰነዶች መመሰቃቀልና መዛባት ከዉድድር ያሰናብታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ወይንም ቢድ ቦንድ የሚጫረቱበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1% (አንደ በመቶ) በሲፒኦ/CPO/ ወይንም በቅድመ-ሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና /unconditional bank guarantee/ ማቅረብ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከኦርጅናል ሰነድ ጋር ታሽጎ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታዉ በጋዜጣ ከወጣ ዕለት ጀምረዉ በ11ኛዉ ቀን ጠዋት እስከ 4፡00 ድረስ ብቻ ለማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት ገቢ ማድረግ አለባቸዉ፡፡ጨረታዉ በዚሁ ዕለት 4፡30 ላይ በማህበሩ ጽ/ቤት ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎች ባሉበት የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ 11ኛዉ ቀን እሁድ ከሆነ የጨረታ ማስገቢያ እና መክፈቻ ቀን ቀጥሎ ባለዉ ሰኞ  ዕለት በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይሆናል፡፡ ተጫራቾች አሸናፊ መሆናቸዉ ከተረጋገጠ እና ህጋዊ ዉል ከተዋዋሉ ቀን ጀምሮ ሥራዉን በ30 ቀናት ዉስጥ የማስረከብ ግዴታ ይገባሉ፡፡የዉል ማስከበሪያ 10% (አስር ከመቶ) በቅድመ-ሁኔታዎች ላይ ያልተመሠረተ የባንክ ዋስትና /unconditional bank guarantee/ ያስይዛሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ያላቸዉን አቅም ከግምት ዉስጥ በማስገባት ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ሥራዉን ለመጀመር ቅድመ-ክፍያን/advance payment/ እንደቅድመ-ሁኔታ መጠበቅ አይችሉም፡፡የቅድመ-ክፍያ መጠን በዉሉ ላይ የሚጠቀስ ሆኖ አፈፃፀሙም በዉሉ ላይ በሚጠቀስ መስፈርት መሠረት ይሆናል፡፡ ማህበሩ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ፡፡     ለበለጠ መረጃ፡0905-050887/0911-1-8344/0913-490944
