Invitation for bid for the Procurement of Consultancy Services on the Application of IFRS in Relation to Microfinance Vision Fund Micro Finance Institution S.C wishes to Procure- Consultancy Services as per the schedule of requirement and content indicated in the bid document. Hence, the Company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to quote their best offer for the provision of the Consultancy Services with the objectives of reviewing the current IFRS implementation status, addressing audit findings and recommendations, strengthening compliance with applicable IFR Standard and others specific to microfinance operations within a scheduled/time table/ in compliance with the requirements indicated in the bid document.                      ብርሃን ባንክ አ.ማ                    እንደ ስማችን ብርሃን ነው ስራችን!                      BERHAN BANK S.C                      የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ          ብርሃን ባንክ አ.ማ ከባለእዳዎቹ ላይ ለሚፈልገው ገንዘብ በዋስትና የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረትቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እና በተሻሻለው አዋጅ ቁጥር 216/92 ለባንኮች በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ከመቅረባቸው በፊት የሚከተሉትን ደንቦች በመገንዘብ ማክበር ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋውን የ1/4 (አንድ አራተኛ) (ሲፒኦ) በብርሃን ባንክ አ.ማ ስም ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ ጨረታውን እንዳሸነፈ ከተገለፀለት ቀን ጀምሮ ያሸነፈበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ በ15 (አስራ አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ከፍሎ ንብረቱን መረከብ አለበት፡፡ በእነዚህ ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ካልከፈለ ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል፡፡ በጨረታው ለተሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ ይመለስላቸዋል፡፡ የመኖሪያ ቤቶችና ንግድ ቤቶች  ጨረታ ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት ቦታ ይከናወናል፡፡ የጨረታ አሸናፊው በሚገዛው ንብረት ላይ የሚፈለግ ማናቸውም ለመንግስት የሚከፈሉ ግብር፣ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ፣ የስም ማዛወሪያ ክፍያዎች እና የሊዝ ክፍያዎች ይመለከተዋል፡፡ መያዣ ሰጪዎች ሐራጁ በሚከናወንበት ቦታ ቀንና ሰዓት መገኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ ባይገኙ ግን ሐራጁ በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል፡፡ ለጨረታ የቀረቡትን ንብረቶች በስራ ሰዓት ኘሮግራም አስይዞ ለመጐብኘት ይቻላል፡፡ በባንኩ ብድር መምሪያ መስፈርት መሰረት እና በተሰጠው ግዜ ዉስጥ የሚፈለግበትን ለሚያሞላ ተጫራች ባንኩ እስከ 50% ብድር ሊያመቻች ይችላል፡፡ ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡ የመኖሪያና ንግድ ቤቶች   ተ.ቁ   የተበዳሪዉ ስም   የመያዣ ሰጭዉ ስም   መኖሪያ/ የንግድ ቤት የሚገኝበት አድራሻ   የቦታው ስፋት በካሬ ሜትር   የንብረቱ አገልግሎት   የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ ካርታ ቁጥር   የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ   ጨረታዉ የሚካሄድበት ቀን እና ሰዓት፤ 1. ምሳሌ ወልደስላሴ ምሳሌ ወልደስላሴ አዲስ አበባ ከተማ ንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 02 235 ካ.ሜ ቅይጥ AA000080203168 64,800,000.00 ሰኔ 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡30 2. አረጋ ቀጭኔ ከበቡሽ ሜጊሶ ሆሳዕና ከተማ አራዳ ቀበሌ 400 ካ.ሜ መኖሪያ ቤት 11628/01 & 1167/01 4,600,000.00 ሰኔ 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡30 3. አስቻለው በቀለ አስቻለው በቀለ አለታ ጩኮ ከተማ 01 ቀበሌ 546 ካ.ሜ ንግድ 264/2010 4,100,000.00 ሰኔ 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡30 4. ሀብታሙ ስራብዙ ሀብታሙ ስራብዙ ነቀምት ከተማ 02 ቀበሌ 81.84 ካ.ሜ ንግድ OR008010704039 5,700,000.00 ሰኔ 26 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡30 ተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥሮች 011-6506900 እና 011-6506276 በመደወል መጠየቅ ይቻላል፡፡
