ሀርቡ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ ከባለእዳዎቹ ላይ ለሚፈልገው ገንዘብ በዋስትና የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በተሻሻለው 216/92 ለባንኮችና ለማይክሮ ፋይናንስ በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
ሀርቡ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ Harbu Micro Finance Institution S.Co. የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ሀርቡ ማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም አ.ማ ከባለእዳዎቹ ላይ ለሚፈልገው ገንዘብ በዋስትና የያዛቸውን እና ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና በተሻሻለው 216/92 ለባንኮችና ለማይክሮ ፋይናንስ በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ከመቅረባቸው በፊት የሚከተሉትን ደንቦች በመገንዘብ ማክበር ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ተ.ቁ የተበዳሪዉ ስም የመያዣ ሰጭዉ ስም መኖሪያ/ የንግድ ቤት የሚገኝበት አድራሻ የቦታው ስፋት በካሬ ሜትር የንብረቱ አገልግሎት የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ ካርታ ቁጥር የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ ጨረታዉ የሚካሄድበት ቀን እና ሰዓት፤ ጨረታው የሚከናወንበት ቦታ 1 አየለ ቃሚሶ እና ኩሜ ቦሌ ባዩሽ በቀለ ባሌ ሐዋሳ ከተማ ታቦር ክ/ከተማ ፣ ጥልቴ ቀበሌ፣ የቤ.ቁ አዲስ 99 ካሬ መኖሪያ ቤት 3876 1,043,435.50/100(አንድ ሚሊዩን አርባ ሶስት ሺ አራት መቶ ሰላሳ አምስት ብር ከ50/100) ሰኔ 11 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡00 ሀዋሳ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት 2 ገረመው ነጋ ገረመው ነጋ ሐዋሳ ከተማ ቱራ ክ/ከተማ ፣ ዳቶ ቀበሌ፣ የቤ.ቁ አዲስ 200 ካሬ መኖሪያ ቤት የይዞታ ማረጋገጫ ቁጥር B143/4607 ፤ የቦታ መለያ B143/4607 ፤ 530,765.70/ አምስት መቶ ሰላሳ ሺ ሰባት መቶ ስልሳ አምስት ብር ከ70/100/ ሰኔ 11 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 8፡00-9፡00 ሀዋሳ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት 3 ንጉሴ አገኘውና መሰረት ጴጥሮስ ዘውዴ ሳርሚሶ ሐዋሳ ከተማ አዲስ ከተማ ክ/ከተማ ፣ ዳካ ቀበሌ፣ የቤ.ቁ አዲስ 150 ካሬ መኖሪያ ቤት B6047/1228 4,000,000/አራት ሚሊዬን ብር/ ሰኔ 12 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00-5፡00 ሀዋሳ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ንብረቱ አይነት / መኖሪያ ቤት ማሳሰቢያ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ከሚያዚያ 26 ቀን 2018 ጀምሮ እስከ ሰኔ 10 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ባሉት የስራ ቀናት በተቋሙ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት አሊያም ደግሞ በተቋሙ ሀዋሳ ቅርንጫፍ መቀርቦ መውሰድ ይችላል፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ወይም ህጋዊወኪሉ የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ ሀያ አምስት በመቶ (25%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ ሲፒኦ በተቋሙ ስም በማሰራትና በማስያዝ አሊያም በጥሬ ገንዘብ በአካል ቀርቦ በማስያዝ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሠጠው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው ከተቋሙ አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ በፅኁፍ ሲደርሰው ብቻ ነው፡፡ የጨረታው አሽናፊ /ገዥ/ አሸናፊነታቸው ከተቋሙ በደብዳቤ ከተገለጸላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ ያሸነፉበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ በአስራ አምስት (15) ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ በመክፈል ንብረቱን መረከብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ በተጠቀሰው ቀናት ውስጥ ንብረቱን ካልተረከበ ንብረቱ ላይ ለሚደርስ ጉዳት ተቋሙ ኃላፊነት አይወስድም፡፡ በተጠቀሱት ቀናት ቀሪውን ክፍያ አጠናቆ ከፍሎ ንብረቱን ባይረከብ ጨረታው ዉጤት ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ/ሲፒኦ/ ለተቋሙ ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው በድጋሚ ይካሄዳል፡፡ በጨረታው ለተሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ በእለቱ ይመለስላቸዋል፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ/ ገዢ ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውም ለመንግስት የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎች የሊዝ ክፍያን ጨምሮ ፤ ግብር ፣ በዋጋው ላይ የሚታሰብ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ 15% እንዲሁም፣ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ እና ሌሎች ወጪዎች ገዢ እንዲከፍላቸው በህግ የተወሰኑ ታክስና ግብሮች ገዢው ይከፍላል:: ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ሲመጡ ማንነታቸውን የሚገልፅ( የቀበሌ፤ የመንጃ ፈቃድ፤ እንዲሁም ብሄራዊ
