Bid Invitation For the procurement of Insurance Cover   Bid Reference No: 335/2026 1- About CARE Ethiopia Founded in 1945, CARE is a leading international humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. CARE started working in Ethiopia in 1984 in response to severe drought and famine. The focus of our work is addressing the root causes of poverty and vulnerability through nexus and development programming as well as humanitarian response. Our programs are implemented across both rural and urban areas. CARE Ethiopia would like to procure insurance cover from Composite Insurance service providers for the following policies; Life Insurance with CAI Critical Illness Medical Insurance Property Insurance The Agreement will be for a duration two years with a possibility of one additional year extension subject performance review. A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from CARE Ethiopia Office from May 26, 2026, till June 02, 2026. The last date to receive the proposal will be June 03, 2026, at 5:00PM (11 local time). Bids after this date and time will not be considered. ግልጽፅ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር 08/2018 ኬኛ የግብርና መሣሪያዎች ማምረቻና ጠቅላላ ንግድ ኃላፊነቱ የተ/የግል ማህበር  በቂ ልምድ ያለቸውን የውጪ ኢዲተሮችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ የድርጅቱን የ2018 ሒሳብ ማስመርመር ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶችን ማሟላት የሚችሉ  ህጋዊ ኦዲት ድርጅቶች በጨረታው ላይ መወዳደር ይችላሉ። በዘርፉ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ የሙያ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ያላቸዉ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምስክር ወረቀት እና የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት ያላቸው፣ በአገልግሎቱ አቅራቢነት ዝርዝር የተመዘገቡ በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችልና የመንግስት ግዴታ ስለመወጣቱ የሚያሳይ ክሊራንስ ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ። የጨረታዉ ሰነድ ይህ ጨረታ በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በሥራ ሰዓት ከሰኞ እስከ ቅዳሜ ከሰዓት በፊት ድራስ በድርጅቱ የፋይናንስና ንብረት አስተዳደር መምሪያ ድረስ በመምጣት የማይመለስ ብር 300(ሶስት መቶ) በመክፈል ሰነድ መግዛት ይችላሉ። ጨረታዉ በአየር ላይ በዋለ በ16ኛዉ ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን 4:30 ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት ይከፈታል። የጨረታ ሰናዱን ፋይናንሺያል እና ቅድመ መገምገሚያዎቹን /ቴክኒካል ሰነድ/ በተለያየ ፖስታ ኦሪጂናል እና ኮፒ በመለየት በሰም አሽጎ ማቅረብ አለበት። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋሰወትና (bid Bond) 5,000( አምስት ሺህ ብር) በባንክ በታረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ(CPO) በድርጅታችን ሰም በማስያዝ ከፋይናንሺያል ሰነድ ጋር ወይም ለብቻ በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። የጨረታዉ ቀን ዕሁድ ላይ ከዋለ በሚቀጥለዉ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይሆናል። የጨረታ አሸናፊ የኦዲት ስራውን የሚያከናወናው በ IFRS የሪፖርት አሰራር መሰረት ሲሆን ዝርዝር መረጃው በጨረታው ሰነድ ላይ ተገልጸዋል፡፡ የጨረታ አሸናፊ የውል ማስከበሪያ ዋሰወትና የሚሆን ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ 10% በባንክ በታረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትእዛዝ( CPO) ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በድርጅታችን ሰም ማስያዝ ይጠበቅባታል። ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ። አድራሻ፡ አዲስ አበባ ቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 02 ስልክ ቁጥር 0116-14-92-53/0932-12-57-60/ 0911-74-98-96 ጃፖን ኤምባሲ አካባቢ ራማዳ ሆቴል ፊት ለፊት ስንታየዉ በላይ ህንፃ 6ኛ ፎቅ ኬኛ የግብርና መሣሪያዎች ማምረቻና ጠቅላላ ንግድ ኃላፊነቱ የተ/የግል ማህበር

የተረፈ ምርት ሽያጭ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የአዲስ አበባ ቄራዎች ድርጅት ከሚያዝያ 01 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ሚያዝያ 30 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም  ከሚታረዱ የዳልጋ ከብት የሚገኝውን እርጥብ ቆዳ፣ ከበጎች እና ፍየሎች የሚገኝው እርጥብ ሌጦ፣ የስጋና አጥንት መኖ፣ የዳልጋ ከብት ቀንድ እና ለሳሙና መስሪያ ግብዓት የሚሆነውን የተነጠረ ሞራ  በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ማንኛውም ተጫራች፡- በመስኩ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፍቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ ሰርተፍኬት ያለውና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ማስረጃ ኮፒ ማያያዝ አለበት፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያን በተመለከተ ለዳልጋ ከብት ቆዳ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያን የሚሆን ለሦስት የጨረታ ጊዜ ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 400,000.00 (አራት መቶ ሺህ ብር)  እና በወር ውስጥ ለሚገኝው የበግና ፍየል ሌጦ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ብር 200,000.00 (ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር) ማስያዝ ያለበት ሲሆን የዳልጋ ከብት ቆዳ ጨረታ ያሸነፈ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የቅድመ ክፍያ ለ10 ቀናት ብር 4,000,000.00 (አራት ሚሊዮን ብር) እና  የበግና ፍየል ሌጦ ያሸነፈ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የቅድመ ክፍያ ብር 500,000.00 (አምስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) በጥሬ ገንዘብ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ ወይም በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ መክፈል የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ ለስጋና አጥንት መኖ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለሦስቱ የጨረታ ጊዜ ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 20,000.00 (ሃያ ሺህ ብር) ለዳልጋ ከብት ቀንድ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ብር 10,000.00 (አስር ሺህ ብር) እና ለተነጠረ ሞራ ለሦስቱ የጨረታ ጊዜ ለእያንዳንዱ ብር 300,000.00 (ሦስት መቶ ሺህ ብር) በጥሬ ገንዘብ መሰብሰቢያ ደረሰኝ ወይም በሲ.ፒ.ኦ ብቻ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለዳልጋ ከብት ቀንድ ምርቱን በሳምንት ሁለት ቀን   እንዲሁም ለስጋና አጥንት መኖ ምርቱ በሚመረትበት በሳምንት ሦስት ቀን (ሰኞ፣ማክሰኞ እና ሐሙስ) እና ለተነጠረ ሞራ ምርቱ በተመረተበት ቀን ሙሉ በሙሉ የእጅ በእጅ ሽያጭ በማከናወን ማንሳት የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ ምርቱን ለመግዛት የሚያስፈልጉ ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች በጨረታ መመሪያ ላይ በተገለፀው መሰረት ይሆናል፡፡ አሸናፊው የሚኖረው መብትና ግዴታዎች በውል ውስጥ የሚካተት ይሆናል፡፡ ከቆዳና ሌጦ ውጪ ላሉት ምርቶች የተዘጋጀውን የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ብር 300.00 (ሦስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ከድርጅቱ ማርኬቲንግ የሥራ ሂደት ቢሮ ቁጥር 2 መግዛት ይቻላል፡፡ ጨረታው ለዳልጋ ከብት ቆዳ እና ለበጎች እና ፍየሎች እርጥብ ሌጦ መጋቢት 17 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም፣ ለስጋና አጥንት መኖ መጋቢት 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም፣ ለዳልጋ ከብት ቀንድ መጋቢት 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እና ለተነጠረ ሞራ መጋቢት 28 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት 4:00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚያው ዕለት 4:30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በድርጅቱ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ  ይከፈታል፡፡ ድርጅቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ለተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በስልክ ቁጥር 01114-163978 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡ የአዲስ አበባ ቄራዎች ድርጅት!!!

የጨረታ ቁጥር DCDE 009/2018 የመከላከያ ኮንስትራክሽን ዲዛይን ድርጅት ለድርጅቱ የጥበቃ እና ፋተሻ አገልግሎት የሚሰጡ ኤጀንሲዎች  በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ የአገልግሎት ግዢ መፈፀም ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህም መሰረት፡- ተጫራቾች የዘመኑ ግብር የገበሩበትን ንግድ ፈቃድ ተ.እ.ታ (VAT) ወይም የሽያጭ ታክስ (Turn over Tax) ተመዝጋቢ ለመሆናቸው በደንቡ መሠረት ከመንግስት የግዥ ኤጀንሲ በአቅራቢነት የተመዘገቡ፣ በማንኛውም ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚችል Tax Clearance እና ሌሎች ማስረጃዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ በተጨማሪም በማንኛውም የመንግስት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፉ የታገዱ ድርጅቶች ዲዛይን ድርጅቱ መረጃውን ካገኘ በጨረታ እንዳይሳተፉ ወይም ከጨረታ ውጪ እንዲሆኑ ይደረጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዐት ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ከጠዋቱ 2፡30- 6፡30 ከሰዐት ከ7፡30-11፡00 እስከ በድርጅታችን ፋይናንስ ዴስክ 4ኛ ፎቅ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እንደ ተጫራቹ ምርጫ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ በባንክ ዋስትና (Unconditional Bank Guarantee) ወይም በባንክ የተሰጠ የተረጋገጠ ቼክ (CPO) ብር 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሺ ብር) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ድርጅታችን ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ  በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ጨረታው ከሚያዝያ 14 ቀን 2018 እስከ ሚያዝያ 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም  አየር ላይ የሚቆይ ሲሆን ሚያዝያ 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታው ሳጥን ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ከቀኑ 4፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የመክፈቻ ስነ-ስርዓት ይካሄዳል ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በአከፋፈት ሂደት ባይገኙም የጨረታው የአከፋፈት ሂደት አያግደውም፡፡ የጨረታ መዝጊያ እና መክፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜ እሁድ ወይም የህዝብ በአል ቀን ከሆነ ቀጣይ  ወዳለው የስራ ቀን ይተላለፋል፡፡ የጨረታ ሰነድ ሽያጭ የማይመለስ ብር 200.00(ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ሰነዱ በድርጅታችን ፋይናንስ ዴስክ መውሰድ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ አድራሻ፡– የመከላከያ ኮንስትራክሽን ዲዛይን ድርጅት የቀጥታ ስልክ ቁጥር 011 896 06 33/011 896 06 23 አድራሻ ካሳንቺስ የኢትዮጵያ ልማት ባንክ ጀርባ ከዚህ ቀደም ስኳር ኮርፖሬሽን የነበረበት የኪያ-ሜድ ኮሌጅ ህንጻ አራተኛ ፎቅ
