The hypothesis in this EHPEA Gender interventions programs (e.g. inclusive policies and practices) can increase workers’ satisfaction and engagement (for women and men) lead to changes employee attitudes, behaviour, participation and work motivation. This in turn leads to improved performance of the business, measured in indicators such as reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, and other business benefits. In line with that EHPEA would like to conduct impact assessment of Gender intervention program with the aim to review the impact on farm productivity and profitability and to determine the magnitude of the knowledge, skills gained for the sustainable horticulture sector development considering the timeline of six years (since 2019).
