The Bank intends to develop a landmark headquarters building that reflects its corporate vision, operational requirements, cultural identity, and future growth aspirations. The proposed development is expected to serve as a modern financial center and an iconic addition to the urban skyline. Evaluation Process Submitted proposals will be evaluated by independent Jury Panel appointed by Gadaa Bank S.C. based on predefined evaluation criteria. The evaluation and selection methods of the building design will be a Quality-based selection (QBS). The scope of the consultancy service has two (2) phases: the first phase is the preparation of preliminary Architectural design (as a means of selecting the best Architectural design). The second phase is the development of the final design of all architectural and engineering works including Cost estimate and bid document preparation for construction as well as contract administration and on-site supervision. CALL  FOR  EXPRESSION  OF  INTEREST  (CEOI) Prequalification of Partners for Reintegration and Protection Programs – IOM Ethiopia The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites qualified local non- governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) to submit Expressions of Interest for prequalification as implementing partners under its reintegration and protection programmes in Ethiopia. Background Ethiopia continues to experience high levels of irregular migration and large-scale returns, exposing migrants to multiple vulnerabilities including economic hardship, psychosocial distress, trafficking, and gender-based violence. IOM, in collaboration with government and partners, implements programs to support safe, dignified, and sustainable reintegration while strengthening protection systems nationwide. Objective The objective of this call is to establish a roster of prequalified partner organizations with strong technical and operational  capacity. Selected partners may be engaged in future project implementation through Project Implementation Agreements (PIAs). Areas of Intervention Interested organizations are invited to apply in one or more of the following areas (based on demonstrated expertise): 1. It is an organization meant to promote the interest of its members who are engaged in the production and export of cut flowers, fruit, vegetables, herbs, cuttings as well as hybrid vegetable seeds. Currently, EHPEA has 126 members, it has been relentlessly contributing for the horticulture industry boom in Ethiopia and effectively representing the interests of its members locally and globally. The mission of EHPEA is to improve the competitiveness of our members and promote sustainable growth of Ethiopian Horticulture sector by providing innovative services. Over the last decade, EHPEA has been working on various interventions to promote the sector and executed impactful projects to build the capacity of its members and to build Ethiopian Horticulture brand in the international market arena. One of its core functions is to ensure its members are socially complaint and discharge their responsibilities. The gender intervention support includes three work streams: enhancing female and male staff health and welfare; promoting gender sensitive management at farm level; and engaging farm and other stakeholders to address sexual harassment and gender-based violence (GBV) at farms’ their vicinity. The hypothesis in this EHPEA Gender interventions programs (e.g. inclusive policies and practices) can increase workers’ satisfaction and engagement (for women and men) lead to changes employee attitudes, behaviour, participation and work motivation. This in turn leads to improved performance of the business, measured in indicators such as reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, and other business benefits. In line with that EHPEA would like to conduct impact assessment of Gender intervention program with the aim to review the impact on farm productivity and profitability and to determine the magnitude of the knowledge, skills gained for the sustainable horticulture sector development considering the timeline of six years (since 2019).
