የተሸከርካሪ ግዥ ግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ማቲዎስ ወንዱ ፋውንዴሽን (Mathiwos Wondu Foundation) ለካንሰርና ተላላፊ ያልሆኑ ህመሞች ሕሙማን የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ለመስጠት እንዲያስችለው፣ ቀጥሎ የተመለከቱትን የቴክኒክ መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ተሽከርካሪ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል። የግዥ አማራጮች ዝርዝር አማራጭ 1፡ የኤሌክትሪክ መለስተኛ አውቶቡስ (Electric Mini Bus) ይዞታና ሞዴል፡ አዲስ (Brand New) የ2025 እ.አ.አ ሞዴል፤ የመቀመጫ ብዛት፡ 15 – 30 መቀመጫ፤ ባትሪ፡ Lithium Iron/Lithium ion/ Phosphate (LFP) የጉዞ ርቀት፡ በአንድ ሙሉ ቻርጅ ከ400 ኪ.ሜ በላይ መጓዝ የሚችል፤ የሞተር ጉልበት፡ ቢያንስ 75 kW – 250 kW (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)፤ ተጨማሪ፡ A/C ያለው፣ Double Air Bag 7kW Wall box fast charger) ሞተር ፡ Truncation Motor rare side ቴክኖሎጂ፡ Android infotainment system እና ተንሸራታች መስኮቶች (Rear sliding windows)። አማራጭ 2፡ በናፍጣ የሚሰራ መለስተኛ አውቶቡስ (Diesel Mini Bus) ይዞታና ሞዴል፡ አዲስ ወይም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ላይ የሚገኝ ሆኖ የ2020-2024 እ.አ.አ ሞዴል፤ የመቀመጫ ብዛት፡ ከ15 እስከ 30 ሰው የመጫን አቅም ያለው፤ የሞተር አቅም፡ ለጭነቱ ተመጣጣኝ የሆነ (ቢያንስ 2800 CC)፤ የነዳጅ ታንክ፡ ከ 80 ሊትር በላይ የመያዝ አቅም ያለው፤ ተጨማሪ፡ የኤር ኮንዲሽነር (A/C) ያለውና የአገር ውስጥ የቴክኒክ ድጋፍ የሚገኝለት።  ተጫራቾች ሊያሟሏቸው የሚገቡ መስፈርቶች የዘመኑ (2018) የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፍቃድ፤ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN)፤ ከገቢዎች ሚኒስቴር የተሰጠ የቅርብ ጊዜ የግብር ክሊራንስ (Tax Clearance)፤ ዋስትናና የቴክኒክ ድጋፍ ለተሽከርካሪው የሚሰጥ የዋስትና ጊዜ (በተለይ ለኤሌክትሪክ ባትሪ) በግልጽ መጠቀስ አለበት። ከሽያጭ በኋላ የሚሰጥ የጥገናና የመለዋወጫ አቅርቦት ማረጋገጫ መቅረብ አለበት ፡፡  የጨረታ አቀራረብ ሁኔታ ተጫራቾች ኦርጅናል የቴክኒክ፤ የፋይናንስና ሲፒኦ (Technical ; Financial and CPO) ሰነዶቻቸውን ለየብቻ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በCPO   የጠቅላላው የጨረታ  ዋጋውን  2% ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ 10 የሥራ ቀናት ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል። ጨረታ ሰንድ የሚገባበት ቀን በ11ኛው ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡00 ገብቶ በተመሳሳይ ቀን ከጧቱ 4፡30 ሠዓት ላይ በተጫራቾች ፊት ይከፈታል ፡፡ የጨረታው ሳጥን መክፈቻ ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ ጨረታው ቀጣይ ባለው የስራ ቀን ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ሰዓትና ቦታ የሚከፈት ይሆናል። ማሳሰቢያ ፋውንዴሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ለተጨማሪ መረጃ፡– ማቲዎስ ወንዱ ፋውንዴሽን ቀበና /ቤሌር ከቀበሌ 15 እስቴዲየም ጎን፤ ንጋቱና ቤተሰቡ ህንፃ ጎን ያለው ህንጻ አንደኛ ፎቅ ላይ አራዳ ክ/ከተማ ፤ ወረዳ 07 የቤት ቁጥር 023/025/026 ስልክ ቁጥር ፤ 0912178659 አዲስ አበባ
