Baankii Hojii Gamtaa Oromiyaa የኦሮሚያ ኀብረት ሥራ ባንክ በድጋሚ እና ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ  የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክስዮን ማህበር ከዚህ በታች ስማቸው ለተገለጻው ተበዳሪ ያበደረውን የብድር ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሠረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው አካል የተመዘገበውንና ያሳገደውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪው የብድር እዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ሐራጁ በሚካሄድበት ዕለት እና አድራሻ(ቦታ) በመቅረብ በጨረታው ላይ እንዲወዳደሩ ተጋብዟል፡፡   ተራቁጥር የተበዳሪው ስም የንብረት አስያዥ ስም የንብረት ዓይነት አበዳሪ ቅርንጫፍ  ንብረቱ የሚገኝበት ቦታ የካርታ ቁጥር የቦታ ስፋት የጨረታ መነሻ  ዋጋ ብር ጨረታው የሚካሄድበት ቀን፣ ሰዓት እና ቦታ ከተማ ዞን/ክ/ከተማ  ወረዳ/ቀበሌ 1 አቶ ወርቁ ለማ ሁንዴ   አቶ ወርቁ ለማ ሁንዴ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤት ሆራ አሪሰዲ ቢሾፍቱ ድባዩ ሆራ B/M2/B10/1ST/R10/4 61.86 ከ.ሜ 2,238,394.26 ሐምሌ 1 ቀን 2018ዓ.ም ጠዋት ከ4፡00-6፡00 ሰዓት የኦሮሚያ ህብረት ስራ ባንክ ሆራ አርሰዲ ቅርንጫፍ ውስጥ አንደኛ ፎቅ ላይ በድጋሚ ይካሄዳል፡፡ 2 አቶ ምትኩ ፈቀደ ዋጅ ወ/ሮ ሲሳይ ንጉሴ መኖሪያ ቤት ቢፍቱ ድሬዳዋ ድሬዳዋ 02 DD001026803021 250.11 ካ.ሜ 4,565,066.17 ሐምሌ 9 ቀን 2018ዓ.ም ጠዋት ከ4፡00-6፡00 ሰዓት የኦሮሚያ ህብረት ስራ ባንክ ቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ ግብ ውስጥ ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ ይካሄዳል፡፡ ተጫራቾች እንዲያውቋቸው ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በሚካሄድበት ዕለት የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ ¼(25%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ ክፍያ ማዘዣ ሲፒኦ በኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ ስም አሰርተው ይዘው በመቅረብ ቅርንጫፉ በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ቀርበው በመመዝገብ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡ ጨረታውን በድርጅት ስም የሚጫረት ተጫራች በዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ምዝገባ፣ ንግድ ፍቃድና የድርጅቱን ውክልና እና የታደሰ መታወቂያ ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት:: ጨረታው ከላይ ቀንና ሰዓቱ በተገለፀው መሠረት ባለዕዳዎች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በማስታወቂያ ላይ በተገለጸ አድረሻ ይካሄዳል፡፡ ባለእዳዎች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ሳይገኙ ቢቀሩ ግን ሐራጁ በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል፡፡ ንብረቶቹን በሥራ ሰዓት መጎብኘት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ለተራ ቁጥር 1 የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ ሆራ አሪሰዲ ቅርንጫፍ በስ.ቁ 0910-747829/0921-760151 እና ለተራ ቁጥር 2 ቢፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ በስልክ ቁጥር 0912-772565/0913-289140 በመደወል መጎብኘት ይቻላል፡፡ በተራ ቁጥር 1 የተቀመጠ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቱን ተጫርቶ ላሸነፈ እና የብድር መስፈርቱን ለሚያሟላ እንዲሁም ተጨማሪ ዋስትና ማቅረብ ለሚችል አሸናፍ ተጫራች ባንኩ ጨረታውን ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ እስከ 50% ብድር ያመቻቻል። የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ በ15(አሥራ አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ መክፈል አለበት፡፡ በእነዚህ ቀናት ውስጥ ካልከፈለ ግን ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ንብረቱ በድጋሚ ለሐራጅ እንዲቀርብ ይደረጋል፡፡ በጨረታው ለተሸነፉ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ ወይንም ጥሬ ገንዘብ ወዲያውኑ ተመላሽ ይደረጋል፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ በሕጉ መሠረት ለመንግስት የሚከፈለውን ማንኛውንም የቫትና ታክስ ክፍያ፣ የስም ማዛወሪያ እና ሌሎች ወጪዎችን ከፍሎ ስሙ ወደ እራሱ እንዲዛወር ያደርገል፡ ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ እርማት፡ እሁድ ግንቦት 16 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ታትሞ በወጣው ሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ቅጽ 31 ቁጥር 2720 ክፍል 1 ገ
