Invitation to Bid Procurement Number: ASDEPO/CW/004/ 2026 March 24, 2026 Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) is an Ethiopian non-governmental non-profit making humanitarian organization established in 2013 and re-registered in 2014 as per the new Proclamation I l13/19 with registration number 3528. Currently, we are addressing Malnutrition and Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Crisis-Affected Woredas of Amhara, Afar, and Benishangul Gumuz Regional States. In line with its mission, ASDEPO, in partnership with its donors, wants to renovate the Health Center in Northern Wollo Zone, Habru Woreda 2 health Centers (Mersa and  Girana health Centers). Therefore, ASDEPO requested interested contractors to submit their company profile that contains at least the following mandatory documents and their financial offer for the above-mentioned work as per the below-listed BOQ. The organization will strictly evaluate based on, at least, but not limited to, the following evaluation criteria during the selection of the next step. An award will be given to the winner for the total price of the entire work. Experience as a primary contractor for the past years, especially in emergency response projects, is considered advantageous. Bid Requirement Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders. Bidders shall present a copy of a renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate as part of the technical proposal. የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የተለያዩ ቋሚ እቃዎች በግልጽ ጨረታ ለሁለተኛ ግዜ ለመሸጥ የተዘጋጀ ሽያጭ DB/048/2018 ዳሽን ባንክ አ.ማ.  በባንኩ የሚገኙ ያገለገሉ ቋሚ እቃዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታና ቦታ ለሁለተኛ ዙር በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ነጥቦች በማሟላት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች ቄራ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባንኩ ህንጻ 3ኛ ፎቅ የንብረት ክምችትና ስርጭት ክፍል በመምጣት የጨረታውን መረጃ ፣ የተጫራቾች መመሪያ እና የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ቅጽ የያዘ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 500.00/አምስት መቶ ብር/ ብቻ ከፍለው መውሰድ ይችላሉ፣ ተጫራቾች ሰነድ ገዝተው ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በሥራ ቀናት ከቀኑ 8፡00 እስከ 10፡00 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ለሽያጭ የቀረቡ ንብረቶችን በባንኩ መጋዘኖችና ቦታዎች በመሄድ መመልከት ይችላሉ፣ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ለእያንዳንዱ ዓይነት ምድብ ለሚያቀርቡት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 20 ፐርሰንት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በማያያዝና በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ በባንኩ የንብረት ክምችትና ስርጭት ክፍል ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የጨረታው መገምገሚያ መስፈርት ዋጋና የተሟላ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (ሲፒኦ) እንዲሁም በሰነዱ የተገለጹትን አሟልቶ መገኘት ነው፡፡ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር 4 የተገለፀውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ያላስያዘ እና በሠነዱ የተቀመጡ ሌሎች ነጥቦችን ያላሟላ ተጫራች ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡ የሚዘጋጀው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ ከሆነ ከዳሽን ባንክ አ.ማ. ቅርንጫፎች ብቻ መሆን ይኖርበታል፣ ሆኖም በጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉበትን ክፍያ በቶሎ ገቢ ማድረጋቸውን ለማረጋገጥ ክፍያው በዳሸን ባንክ ቅርንጫፎች በተዘጋጀ ሲፒኦ ብቻ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ላሉት 8 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ክፍት ሆኖ የሚቆይ ሲሆን፣ በ8ኛው ቀን ማለትም ሰኔ 16 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ በ06፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚያኑ ቀን በ09፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ባንኩ የንብረት ክምችትና ስርጭት የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቹ በራሱ ምርጫ ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ጊዜ ሳይገኝ ቢቀር የጨረታውን መከፈት አያስተጓጉልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የአሸናፊዎች ዝርዝር ማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ ላይ ከተለጠፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር ከ3 /ሶስት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በኋላ ባሉት 2 /ሁለት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ የውል ማስከበሪያ የውል ዋጋውን 10 በመቶ በማቅረብ ከባንኩ ጋር ውል መፈራረምና ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ በሙሉ መክፈል ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ከላይ በተገለጸው መሰረት ውል ካልፈረሙ ወይም ሙሉክፍያውን በተጠቀሰው ግዜ ገደብ መክፈል ካልቻሉ ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይደረጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉበትን ንብረት በራሳቸው ወጪ በማጓጓዝ ውል በፈረሙ በ10 የሥራ ቀናት ዉስጥ በማንሳት ማጠናቀቃቸው ሲረጋገጥ ያስያዙት የውል ማስከበሪያ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡ ባንኩ ባወጣው ጨረታ ሰነድ በስሙ ሳይገዛ የተወዳደረ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከተገኘ ከውድድር ውድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡ ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለገ በስልክ ቁጥር 011-4655552፣ 011-4706065 ደውሎ መጠየቅ ይቻላል፣ ባንኩ ጨረታውን ለመቀበል ወይም ላለመቀበል የሚችል ሲሆን በማናቸውም ጊዜ ጨረታውን ለመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፣ ዳሽን ባንክ አ.ማ. አዲስ አበባ ተ.ቁ
