የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ   ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 00 (ሁለት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ጨረታው እስከሚያበቃበት ቀን ድረስ ከዋናው መስሪያ ቤት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ንብረቶቹን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በብርሃን ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ የተጎዱ ንብረቶች ማከማቻ ቦታ አቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 7 ልዩ ቦታው ቃሊቲ 4ዐ/60 ኮንደሚኒየም በኩል ገባ ብሎ በተለምዶ የቆላ ዝንብ አካባቢ (ጨሬ ሰፈር) የጨረታ ሰነድ የገዙበትን ደረሰኝ በመያዝ ንብረቶቹን መመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡ በጨረታው ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለመጫረት የሚፈልገውን የንብረት ዓይነት እና ያቀረበውን የጨረታ ዋጋ ዝርዝር በመግለጽ ፤የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የንብረቱን የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 15 በመቶ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. በብርሃን ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ. ስም በማስያዝ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ መጋቢት 18 ቀን 2ዐ18 ዓ.ም. ድረስ በሥራ ቀናት ብርሃን ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ. ዋናው መ/ቤት ቂርቆስ ክ/ከተማ፣ ወረዳ 03 ቦሌ ወሎ ሰፈር ጋራድ ሲቲ ሴንተር 7ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 7 በአካል በመገኘት የጨረታ ሰነዱን በሰም በታሸገ ፓስታ ለሚጫረቱበት የዕቃ አይነት ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡ በጨረታ ለተሸነፉ ያስያዙት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. ይመለስላቸዋል፡፡ ለጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ደግሞ ያዝያዙት ገንዘብ ለሚገዙት ተሽከርካሪ ወይም መለዋወጫ ከሚከፍሉት ዋጋ ጋር ይታሰብላቸዋል፡፡ አሸናፊዎች በጨረታው ላሸነፉት ንብረት ቀሪውን ክፍያ እና 15% የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ አክለው በመክፍል የጨረታው ውጤት ከተገለጸበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ባሉት 5 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ እቃዎችን መረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጠቀሰው የጊዜ ገደብ ያሸነፉትን ንብረት ከፍለው ካልወሰዱ ኩባንያው ለጨረታ ያስያዙትን ሲፒኦ ገቢ አድርጎ ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን የሚያጠቃልል መሆኑን በግልጽ ሁኔታ በሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ ካልተገለጸ በስተቀር በቀረበው ዋጋ ላይ 15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን ተጨምሮ የሚታሰብ ይሆናል፡፡ ተሽከርካሪዎች በጨረታ እስከተሸጡበት ጊዜ ድረስ የሚፈለግ ግብርና ታክስ ወይም ሌላ ክፍያ የሻጩ ኃላፊነት ይሆናል፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች የገዙትን ዕቃ ከሪከቨሪ በራሳቸው ወጪ አስነስተው ይወስዳሉ፡፡ ጨረታው መጋቢት 18 ቀን 2ዐ18 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን በ 8፡3ዐ ሰዓት ላይ የሚከፈት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ጨረታው ይከፈታል፡፡ ኩባንያው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 0114-67-44-23/46 ወይም 0114-70-40-54 መደወል ይቻላል፡፡
