BGI Ethiopia Plc invites eligible, experienced, and licensed suppliers to submit sealed technical and financial bids for the Supply of Network Equipment in accordance with the Technical Tender Document.
INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) Supply of Network Equipment Network Device Lifecycle Upgrade Project – Phase 2 Ref. No.: INF/TDR/2026/001 BGI Ethiopia Plc invites eligible, experienced, and licensed suppliers to submit sealed technical and financial bids for the Supply of Network Equipment in accordance with the Technical Tender Document. The scope includes supply only of brand-new, genuine networking equipment, accessories, licenses, and manufacturer-backed warranties, including Cisco core switches, Ubiquiti access points, and related modules and spares. All equipment must be sourced from authorized manufacturers, be fully compatible with existing Cisco and Ubiquiti infrastructure, and include a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty with required licensing and support. Eligibility: Valid business license and FDRE supplier registration (IT), Cisco Manufacturer Authorization Letter (mandatory), minimum 10 years networking experience, technical data sheets, proof of warranty and licensing, and similar project references. Failure to meet mandatory requirements may result in disqualification. Bid Document Collection: Bid documents can be obtained by submitting a formal email request with the subject line “Supply of Network Equipment Phase 2”, accompanied by a scanned copy of the bidder’s renewed business license. Bid Submission: Bidders shall submit their bid proposal in BGI Ethiopian building, procurement department 3rd floor in the bid box, on or before April 30, 2026, 4:30 PM.
