The objective of the assignment is to conduct an independent review engagement of the Project Financial Statements (PFS) and provide reasonable assurance in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). The scope of work will include, but not be limited to: Reviewing the Project Financial Statements, including the statement of sources and uses of funds. Verifying that project funds have been utilized in accordance with the Grant Agreement. Assessing compliance with applicable procurement rules and procedures. Reviewing the Special Account and Statements of Expenditure (SOE). Verifying that adequate accounting records and supporting documentation are maintained. Assessing the adequacy of internal control systems. The assignment will cover the financial period July 1, 2025 – January 2027. THE NATURE AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION UNION ETHIOPIA (NABU ETHIOPIA)  OPEN TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT Supply of Afforestation/Reforestation Tools and Gardening Materials for School Nature Clubs for NABU Ethiopia – “Harmonizing People and Nature for Sustainable Livelihoods in Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere Reserve Project” Background NABU Ethiopia is implementing a project entitled “Harmonizing People and Nature for Sustainable Livelihoods in Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere Reserve” in three woredas—Yayu, Hurumu, and Algae Sachi—of Illubabor Zone, within and around the Yayu Coffee Forest Biosphere Reserve. The project aims to promote sustainable livelihoods, climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and inclusive economic development through integrated landscape management approaches. To support the effective implementation of the project, NABU Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of afforestation/reforestation tools and gardening and waste management materials for school nature clubs. The procurement process shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding.
