Review regulatory and policy frameworks relevant to diagnostic services. Recommend an implementation roadmap, including phased roll-out strategies, risk mitigation measures, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Scope of Work The consultant/firm will be expected to: Conduct a situational analysis of existing diagnostic services, including public, private, and community-based facilities. Benchmark best practices from comparable health systems that have successfully implemented integrated diagnostic models. Prepare a detailed financial model outlining investment requirements, operational costs, and potential funding sources. Assess human resource needs, including training and capacity-building requirements Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Deliver a comprehensive feasibility report with actionable recommendations.
