The payment shall be deposited to CBE Account No. 1000000950487, in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS). The bidding documents can be collected from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, located around Stadium, Addis Ababa. Bidders Shall Submit Copies of the Following Valid and Renewed Documents: Business License for The Year 2018 E.C, Business Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and any other relevant supporting documents as per bid. All bids must be submitted to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society together with a bid security (bid bond) in the form of CPO only, as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet, amounting to 2% of the bid price. The bid security shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and shall remain valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid validity period. Bids shall be closed on May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM and opened on the same day at 2:30 PM, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend, at the ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.
