CARE Ethiopia would like to procure insurance cover from Composite Insurance service providers for the following policies; Life Insurance with CAI Critical Illness Medical Insurance Property Insurance The Agreement will be for a duration two years with a possibility of one additional year extension subject performance review. ቀን 18/08/2018 የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አምባሰል የንግድ ሥራዎች ኃ.የተ.የግል ማህበር ሸቀጥና ሸቀጥ ነክ ያልሆኑ ልዩ ልዩ ንብረቶችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: በመሆኑም የዚህን ጨረታ ሰነድ በተገለፀው አድራሻ በመግዛት ማንኛውም ተወዳድሮ ያሸነፈው አካል እቃዎቹን መግዛት የሚችል ሲሆን:- የጨረታ አይነት፡– የውሃ ፓምፕና መለዋወጫ፣ ጄነሬተርናመለዋወጫዎች፣የመኪና ጎማ ፣ካመነዳሪ፣ፍላፕ ፣የመኪና ባትሪ፣ኮፒውተር፣ ፕሪንተር ስልክና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ዕቃዎች፤ አገልግሎት የማይሰጡ በፀሃይ የሚሰሩ ፋኖሶች ፣መለዋወጫዎች አገልግሎት የማይሰጡ የቢሮ እቃዎች፣የቢሮና የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎች እጣን የተለያዩ ብረታ ብርቶች፣ ወኪንግ ትራክተር አገልግሎት የማይሰጡ ልዩ ልዩ የጥራጥሬ ማበጠሪያ ማሽነሪዎች፣ ልዩ ልዩ እቃዎች በሚል በተለዩት የጨረታ ሰነዶች በጥቅል (በሎት/ LOT) አደራጅቶ ገዥዎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ የተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሰነድ ነው፤ ማንኛውም ተጫራች (የተፈጥሮም ይሁን ሕጋዊ ሰውነት ያለው) በአንድ የጨረታ ሎት /Lot/አይነት ከአንድ በላይ የጨረታ ሰነድ ገዝቶና ሞልቶ ማስገባት አይችልም፡፡ ሆኖም ሻጭ ለሽያጭ ባወጣቸው የተለያዩ ሎቶች ላይ በሁሉም ላይ በመሳተፍ ዋጋ ማቅረብ ይችላል፡፡እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በተመሳሳይ ሎት (በአንድ ሎት) ላይ ከአንድ በላይ የጨረታ ሰነድ ሞልቶ ማቅረቡ ከተረጋገጠ ያለምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡ ሻጭ ይህንን ጨረታ ሰነድ በመሸጡ ምክንያት በማንኛውም ሁኔታ የውል ስምምነት እንዲፈጽም አያስገድደውም፡፡ የውል ስምምነት እንደያዘም አይቆጠርም፡፡ ተጫራቾች ለመግዛት ዋጋ የሰጡበትን የንብረት አይነት ወይም የሎት አይነት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 5% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (Bid Bond) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ (CPO) ወይም ጥሬ ገንዘብ በማስያዝ ከጨረታ ዋጋ ሠነዳቸው ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡ ተጫራቾች በኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር00 /ሁለት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል በአቅራቢያው በሚገኘው ሻጭ አድራሻ ማለትም አዲስ አበባ ወሎ ሰፈር ከሚገኘው አምባሰል ንግድ ስራዎች ድርጀት ኃየተ/የግ ማህበር ህንጻ 5ኛ ፎቅ የቢሮ ቁጥር 503 ፣በመምጣት መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ ለመግዛት በሚመጡበት ጊዜ ኢትዮጵያዊ ወይም የውጭ ዜጋ ለመሆናቸው ማንነታቸውን የሚገልፅ መታወቂያ ወይም ፓስ ፖርት ኮፒ እንዲሁም የንግድ ድርጅቶች ከሆኑ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ጨረታው አየር ላይ የሚቆየው በጋዜጣ ከታወጀበት እለት 18/08/2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለ15 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ሲሆን ጨረታው በ15ኛው ቀን ማለትም በ05/09/2018 ከቀኑ 4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታ ሣጥኑ ይታሸጋል:: የኩባንያው ንብረት አስወጋጅ ኮሚቴ በእለቱ ከጠዋቱ 5፡00 ሰዓት በሻጭ አድራሻ ማለትም አዲስ አበባ ወሎ ሰፈር ከሚገኘው አምባሰል ህንጻ 3ኛ ፎቅ የቢሮ ቁጥር 305 የጨረታ ሰነድ የመከፈት ስነ- ስርዓቱን መከታተል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ በጨረታ ሰነድ የመከፈት ስነ-ስርዓቱ ላይ የተጫራቾች ያለመገኘት ጨረታውን ዋጋ አያሳጣውም፡፡ ተጫራቾች በዚህ ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ለሚያወጡት የትኛውም ዓይነት ወጭ (በጨረታው ተሳትፎ ቢያሸንፍ፣ ቢሸነፍ፣ በተለያየ ምክንያት ከጨረታው ውጭ ቢደረግ ወይም ጨረታው ቢሰረዝ) ሻጭ ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡ በጨረታ ሰነዶቹ ላይ ማብራሪያ የሚፈልግ ተጫራች በዚህ የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ በተመለከተው የሻጭ አድራሻ የሚፈልገውን ማብራሪያ በፅሑፍ መጠየቅ ይችላል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የ
