የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ የአርማታ ብረት (Re-bar) ግዥ የወጣ የጨረታ ማስታወቅያ ማህበራችን ቱሪስት የጋራ ህንፃ መኖርያ ቤት ባለቤቶች ኃላ/የተ/ህ/ስ/ማህበር የአርማታ ብረት ተጫራቾች አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስፈልጉ መስፈርቶች፡- 1. የታደሰ ንግድ ፍቃድ, V.A.T. ተመዝጋቢ, የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) ያለው እና, የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ 2. ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉት በዘርፉ ፍቃድ ያላቸው መሆን አለባቸው በስራው የስራ ልምድ ያለው፡፡ 3. ማንኛውም ፍላጎት ያለው ተጫራች ማስታወቂያ በሪፖርተር ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ7 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 1000.00 (አንድ ሺ ) ብር በመክፈል የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ መገናኛ ቱሪስት 40/60 ኮንዶሚኒየም ብሎክ 2 ሁለተኛ ወለል በሚገኘው የማህበሩ ቢሮ በአካል በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ 4. ተጫራቶች የጨረታው ማስከበርያ አጠቃላይ ድምር ዋጋ 2% ተመላሽ C.P.O ማስያዝ ግዴታ ነው ፡፡ 5.ማህበሩ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ አድራሻ፡- መገናኛ ደራርቱ ህንፃ ገባ ብሎ አዲሰ አበባ ውሃ እና ፍሳሽ ባለስልጣን ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ፊት ለፊት ቱሪስት ኮንዶሚኒየም ህንፃ 2 2ኛ ወለል ስልክ፡- 09 07 12 34 52 /53
