የአልሙኒየም ልባስ ስራ ግዥ ግልጽ ጨረታ ማስታወቂያ አማራ ልማት ማህበር /አልማ/ የክልሉን ህዝብና ልማት ደጋፊዎችን በዘላቂነት በማንቀሳቀስ በትምህርት፣በጤና እና በስራ እድል ፈጠራ ዘርፎች ድጋፍ በማድረግ ለክልሉ ህዝብ ማህበራዊ ተጠቃሚነት አስተዎጾኦ በማድረግ ተልእኮ አንግቦ በመንቀሳቀስ ላይ የሚገኝ መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ሀገር በቀል የልማት ማህበር ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አራት  ኪሎ አካባቢ የሚገኘውን የቢ+2 ጂ+4 ህንፃ የግድግዳ ክፍል አልሙኒየም ልባስ ስራ እና ሌሎች የተለያዩ ስራዎች በፋይነት ማሰራት  ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚሁም መሰረት በዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /Tin No ያላቸው የግዥ መጠን 50,000.00 /ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር / እና በላይ ከሆነ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ / VAT ከፋይነት የተመዘገቡ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ በመንግስት ግዥ በአዲሱ አቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር መረጃ ላይ ማለት (https://wwwegp.ppa.gov.et) መመዝገባቸውን  የሚችሉ       ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር ከ1-3 የተጠቀሱትንና የሚመለከታቸውን ማስረጃዎች ፎቶ ኮፒ ከመጫረቻ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋር አያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማያመለስ 500 /አምስት መቶ ብር / በመክፈል አዲስ አበባ በሚገኘው አልማ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 203 ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና /ቢድ ቦንድ/ የሚወዳደሩበት የአገልግሎቱን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 1% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና ማስያዝ አለባቸው፤ የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ማድረግ ከጨረታ ውጪ ያደርጋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች በሚያቀርቡት ዶክመንት ላይ ያለምንም ስርዝ ድልዝ በመሙላት አንድ ወጥ በሆነ ኢንቨሎፕ ማስገባት አለባቸው፤ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት አዲስ አበባ አልማ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 203 መግዛት የሚቻል ሲሆን ፤የጨረታው ማወዳደሪያ ሰነድ ኦርጅናልና ፎቶ ኮፒ የፋይናንስ ለብቻ የቴክኒክ ለብቻ በማያያዝ በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ለዚሁ ሲባል በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ማስገባት የሚችሉ ሲሆን ጨረታው በ10ኛው ቀን ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዕለቱ በ9፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፡፡ ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ ማህበሩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ቡሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ ከፈለጉ አዲስ አበባ ቦሌ ማተሚያ ቤት ጎን አልማ ህንፃ 2ኛ ቢሮ ቁጥር 203 ድረስ በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በሰስልክ ቁጥር 0115 51 25 28 /በመደወል ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡  

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ በደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ በቤንች ሸኮ እና በምዕራብ ኦሞ ዞን በአምስት ወረዳዎች በሚገኙ 15 (አስራ አምስት) 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤቶችና 4 (አራት) ጤና ተቋማት፣ በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በሃዲያ ዞን  በምዕራብ ባዳዋቾ ወረዳ በሚገኙ 4 (አራት) 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤቶችና 2 (ሁለት) ጤና ተቋማት፣ በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን በሀመር እና በበና ጸማይ ወረዳዎች በሚገኙ 6 (ስድስት) 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤቶችና 4 (አራት) ጤና ተቋማት እንዲሁም በሲዳማ ክልል በሃቤላ ወረዳ በሃቤላ ሊንዳ 1ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት በድምሩ በ 26 ት/ቤቶች እና በ 10 ጤና ተቋማት  የዝናብ ዉሃ መሰብሰቢያና የፊት መታጠቢያ ለመገንባት ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ የግንባታ ማህበራትን አወዳድሮ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡   በዚህም መሰረት፡- ለዘመኑ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ያላቸዉ፣ የዘመኑን ግብር መክፈላቸዉን እና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆናቸዉን የሚያረጋግጥ መረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ እንዲሁም የታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት  ያላቸዉ፣ የዉሃ ስራ ደረጃ 8 ወይም 9 ያላቸዉ፣ ወይም የግንባታ ፈቃድ ደረጃ 8  ያላቸዉ፣ ህጋዊ የምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣ ከዞን ዉሃ ወይም ከተማና መሰረተ ልማት መምሪያ ወይም ከዚህ በፊት ከሰሩበት ዞን የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፣ ማህበራቱ በጨረታ ሰነዱ ዉስጥ የተዘረዘሩትን የግንባታ ቁሳቁስ በግዥ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣ ተጫራቾች የጨረታዉን ዶክመንት ከኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ ከሚዛን ቴፒ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቲቺንግ ሆስፒታል የፕሮጀክቱ ማሰተባበሪያ ቢሮ፣ በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በሃዲያ ዞን የኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ የፕሮጀክቱ ማሰተባበሪያ ቢሮ፣ በሲዳማ ክልል ሃዋሳ ከተማ የኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ የፕሮጀክቱ ማሰተባበሪያ ቢሮ እና በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በደቡብ ኦሞ ዞን የፕሮጀክቱ ማሰተባበሪያ ቢሮ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ ሰኔ 15/2018 ዓ/ም ከቀኑ 5፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብር 00 በኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ የህብረት ባንክ አካዉንት ቁጥር 1131810577203010 በማስገባትና ደረሰኝ በማቅረብ መዉሰድ ይችላሉ፣ ተጫራቾች ኦርጂናልና ሁለት ፎቶ ኮፒ ዶክመንቶችን እና የግንባታ ቁሳቁስ እና የጉልበት ጥቅል ዋጋ  በወሰዱት የጨረታ ሠነድ ላይ ሞልተዉ ኦሪጂናል፣ ኮፒ 1 አና ኮፒ 2 ብለዉ በመጻፍና በአንድ ኢንቨሎፕ ዉስጥ በማድረግ በጥንቃቄ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ እስከ ሰኔ 15/2018  ዓ/ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ የጨረታ ሰነዱን በወሰዱበት የኦርቢስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኢትዮጵያ  የፕሮጀክቱ ማሰተባበሪያ ቢሮ ማስገባት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፣` አንድ ማህበር ከ7 (ሰባት) የግንባታ ቦታዎች በላይ መወዳደር አይችልም፣ ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩባቸዉን ት/ቤቶች እና ጤና ተቋማት  ስም በፖስታዉ ላይ በግልጽ መጥቀስ አለባቸዉ፣ እንዲሁም ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት የግንባታ ቁሳቁስ እና የጉልበት ዝርዝር ዋጋ የወቅቱን ገበያ ግምት ዉስጥ ያስገባ መሆን አለበት፣ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተመሰከረለት የ 500 (አምስት ሽህ) ብር CPO (ለአንድ ት/ቤት) ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣ ድርጅቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፣ ከዚህ በፊት በአፈጻጸማቸዉ ማስጠንቀቂያ የተጻፈባቸዉ ማህበራት መወዳደር አይችሉም፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ለመዉሰድ ሲመጡ የማህበሩን የታደሰ ፈቃድ ኮፒ ይዘዉ  ይቅረቡ፣ የት/ቤቶቹን መረጃ ከአባሪዉ ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ ለተጨማሪ መረጃ፡ በ
