Hence, ASDEPO invites all interested & eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent, and have a valid trade license for the current Ethiopian FY to participate in the bid. Bid Requirement Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders. Bidders shall present a copy of a renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate as part of the technical proposal. The bid document submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Amount of 5% of the total amount in the form of an Unconditional Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O). Action for Social Development &Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) Re-Advertise Call for Interest Reference No: ASDEPO/CW/005/2026 Title: Construction of 50M^3 overhead water reservoirs located in Nyangatom, South Ethiopia Region Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) is an Ethiopian non-governmental non-profit making humanitarian organization. Currently, ASDEPO is implementing a project called “Provision of essential Health and WASH service for refugees and other peoples in Nyangatom Settlement South Ethiopia Region.” In line with its mission, ASDEPO in partnership with its donors, wants to Construction of 50M3 overhead water reservoirs. Our approach is emphasizing local participation, an integration of services, strategic partnerships. In this way, we empower communities to find, design, and implement the solutions that work best for them. Therefore, ASDEPO requested interested and eligible contractors to submit their company profile that contain at least below listed mandatory requirements and their financial offer for the above mentioned work as per the BOQ specified in a separate document.
