Scope of Work Financial/accounting policies and procedures manual:- Identify gaps of existing financial manual of the organization in accordance current revised government policies, market status, and analyze the accounting and financial management requirements of SSD. The assignment focuses on capturing authentic, human-centered stories related to hunger and nutrition from communities in Arsi Negele, Ethiopia where one of the partner Bole Bible Baptist Church/BBBC Langano is operating in. BackgroundChildren Believe Ethiopia implements monthly donor-focused storytelling products highlighting real community experiences. The videography assignment follows the organization’s ‘Raw & Real’ storytelling approach, emphasizing authenticity, ethical storytelling, and minimal staging. Objective of the AssignmentThe objective is to capture high-quality, unscripted video and photo content that truthfully reflects daily life, challenges, and resilience related to hunger and nutrition, in line with Children Believe safeguarding and consent standards. Scope of WorkThe videographer will conduct pre-field preparation, four days of field-based filming in Arsi Negele, and post-field organization and submission of all raw materials. Deliverables include a community walk-through video of approximately 15 minutes; two child selfie videos (one girl and one boy, 3-5 minutes each); a minimum of 30 minutes of b-roll footage capturing daily life, hunger and nutrition challenges; and at least 30 Raw & Real photographs, including portraits of the participating children. Duration of AssignmentThe assignment will be completed within seven (7) working days: four (4) days of fieldwork and three (3) days for post-field organization and submission.
