Evidence of quality control measures in place for professional expertise use during the construction. Legal status and eligibility Local Registration The contractor must be locally registered with a valid Certificate of Competency issued by the appropriate water and mineral authority. Trade License The contractor should have a renewed Trade License for the current year.
