NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID DMC Construction Plc. has entered a Contract Agreement with Addis Ababa City Roads Authority (AACRA) for the Construction of Arabsa-3 and Ayat-3 Condominium Extension Road Project. The project road is located in the Addis Ababa in Lemi Kura Sub-City. DMC Construction PLC now invites Eligible bidders (Subcontractors) to submit sealed bids for the Construction works of Ayat-3 Condominium Extension Road Project by providing all the required manpower, machinery, and materials, except pipes, which will be provided by the Main Contractor. Project Description The project consists of the completion of a 2 Basement + Ground + 13 Storey Residential Building located in Addis Ababa, Akaki Kality Sub-City, Woreda 07. The building is currently at the Ground Floor structural stage. Scope of Works The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Completion of all remaining reinforced concrete structural works. Supply and installation of subsurface drainage work. Provision of all required labor, construction equipment, tools, supervision, temporary works, and associated services necessary for successful completion of the project.
